I’m proud to be an oyster farmer rooted in the rich traditions of North Carolina’s Outer Banks, specifically the small, tight-knit community known as, “Down East”. Growing up in a fishing family, I spent my early years crafting commercial fishing nets, learning the value of hard work, and cultivating a deep respect for the waters that have sustained generations of my family. 

In 2015, I took that heritage a step further and began farming oysters, combining time- honored fishing knowledge with sustainable aquaculture practices. Recently, I’ve expanded to planting clams, bringing even more variety to our offerings. Located within sight of an inlet, my farms produce oysters and clams with a distinctly salty flavor that reflects the pristine waters they’re grown in. 

Our business is growing, and I’m excited to share our harvest with seafood lovers near and far. Soon, we’ll be shipping our oysters and clams overnight via FedEx, delivering the freshest, saltiest, most delicious shellfish straight from our farm to your door.
